always grazed on pastures and is finished with a small quantity
of certified organic corn, wheat, and
alfalfa for lightly marbled, healthy, lean beef. All beef hangs and ages for 14 days before
being cut, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. All prices include all butcher
costs.
